Specializing in the supply chain and the protection of goods against counterfeiting Chinese blockchain VeChain company will cooperate with the University of Oxford in the framework of the project VeResearch, which is engaged in the technological development of the platform VeChain Thor. In recent years, the blockchain technology develop computer geniuses and professionals, however the academic community for some reason stays out of the way”, — said the chief researcher VeChain Peter Zhou.
Institute of mathematics, Oxford University will work on mathematical models and evidence necessary for operations in the ecosystem VeChain.
Researchers at the Institute also will develop solutions for scaling the platform and Thor to design smart contracts. However, all the innovations will remain the intellectual property of VeChain.
It is worth noting that the company also signed a contract with the German automaker BMW.
