In the sanctions list of the USA along with Bank accounts can get addresses of cryptocurrency wallets. This must be proved that they belong to persons from such lists. This is stated in the latest version of explanations on the subject, published on the website of the office of foreign assets control of the U.S. Treasury (OFAC).

OFAC suggests that technology companies, administrators, operators kryptomere and holders of cryptocurrencies will have to follow the new compliance requirements and implement new ways of screening clients and partners and to exclude interactions with the individuals targeted by the sanctions. While physical and legal persons, States may be responsible for commercial relations with persons from sanctions lists.
Recall that recently the President of the United States Donald trump (Donald Trump) have signed a government decree on new sanctions against Venezuela because of its cryptocurrency El Petro.Although the presidential adviser on regional economic integration Sergei Glazyev had earlier proposed the use of cryptocurrency to bypass sanctions, the U.S. Treasury believes that Russia will not succeed.
