The Creator of bitcoin Satoshi Nakamoto was probably one person and not a group of people with extensive knowledge in many disciplines it was not required. This opinion in an interview with Cointelegraph was expressed by one of the inventors of the blockchain Scott Stornetta.
In 1991, Stornetta in collaboration with Stuart Haber published in the Journal of Cryptology paper on the time stamps to digital documents. Subsequently, this work was mentioned in the white paper of bitcoin.
Stornetta rejects the assumption that could participate in the creation of bitcoin. He excludes the possibility that was involved in this odious Australian businessman Craig Wright.
Speaking of who can hide behind the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto, Stornetta believes that most likely it was one person. However, he insists that the creation of bitcoin was not required extensive knowledge in many subjects – it was enough to follow the ideas of the movement Shirobokov.
