The Ministry of industry and information technology of China has published the official rating of the cryptocurrency. Local experts awarded first place ETH, bitcoin was in 13th position. The ranking includes 28 assets.
According to Chinese newspaper China Electronics News (CEN), in the top five, in addition to Ethereum, in decreasing order of rank included Steem, Lisk, NEO and Komodo.
On the work of the Ministry over rated became known only earlier this month. Consider the assets was estimated “leading Chinese experts and scholars” based on three criteria: technological base, the practical value and the degree of innovativeness.
The measures assigned to ETH and BTC this working group agree with the positions that in January was awarded the same cryptocurrency Weiss Ratings. Recall that the rating Agency gave the first place to the ether; bitcoin has received a rating of “C+”, which triggered a DDoS attack on the site Weiss.
Bitcoin could not even enter the top ten due to not high enough, according to Chinese working group, indicators of the technological base and practical value. It should be noted that the BTC, however, surpassed the rest of the participants rating according to degree of innovativeness.
