On 21 November the official website of the infamous cryptocurrency exchanges WEX.nz has become unavailable. In Twitter-account representatives WEX asked users to use a mirror site wex.link. According to information on the management domain .nz company the Domain Name Commission (DNC), the work of the resource has been suspended because of doubts as to the authenticity of the registration data.

Lock also affected addresses: wexbet.nz wexcash.nz wexcoin.nz wxcash.nz wxcoin.nz.
The decision is due to the fact that domains registered person is not confirmed the authenticity of the provided contact data, which is a violation of the DNC policies.
Meanwhile, the mirror WEX.nz users are still experiencing problems with withdrawal, and the exchange rate of bitcoin on the exchange is around $8200.
