Mikhail Mishustin, head of Federal tax service of Russia, said that the Agency will be engaged in “quasi-money”, which you can use to evade taxes.
“What happened at the end of 2000-ies, has gone away, do not work, old patterns of withdrawal, tightened control over transfer pricing, offshore companies, tax, VAT, retail and so on,” — said Mishustin.

“We are now looking at quasi-money, special payment system, through which businesses and people are trying to evade taxes,” — said Mishustin.
Last year the head of the FMS of Russia said that cryptocurrency transactions should be taxed by analogy with the transactions with financial instruments, for example, should be taxed on income originating in the mining process.
However, at the end of October 2018, it became known that the concept of “mining” was removed from the draft law “On digital of financial assets”. The document also there is no such definition as “cryptocurrency”. This was announced by the Chairman of the Duma Committee on financial market Anatoly Aksakov. He also confirmed that the document will not be information about the taxation of the miners.
“In the system that we have described, mining makes no sense”, — said the MP, adding that this issue should be dealt with the Federal tax service.
