People’s Deputy of Ukraine Alexey mushak wrote on his page in Facebook that the final version of the bill governing the application of the technology of the distributed registry and the legal status of crypto-currencies and tokens in Ukraine will be presented in two weeks.
At the moment, the MP urged the public to join the discussion document, which made public in the form of a Google document with the possibility of making comments.
The authors of the document propose to impose control over the cryptocurrency sphere, the National Commission on securities and stock market of Ukraine, which will develop and approve the licensing conditions of activities of professional participants of the stock market, as well as to monitor compliance with organizational and legal bases of their activities and the accuracy of the information they provide.
The licensing NCTBPU will be subject to the activities of kryptomere and working with the digital asset exchange points associated with purchasing, selling and exchanging of cryptocurrencies or tokens on national and foreign currency and other financial assets. WW at that time from licensing is offered free of crypto currency exchange, which will only deal with conversion of tokens and cryptocurrencies in compliance with the principles of AML and KYC policies.
