The Chairman of the Duma Committee on financial market Anatoly Aksakov has admitted that Russia may be secured by ruble cryptocurrency. This opinion he expressed during the press conference “The dangerous growth of debt load of Russians?”, AGN reports “Moscow”.
Aksakov is convinced that this cryptocurrency will appear.
“Conventionally, in a Bank put a certain amount of money on Deposit, and the Bank under the provision of this sum of money produces a corresponding volume of CryptoStream. This is the currency issued by the Central Bank, since it relies on Fiat money and ensure it is Fiat money,” he said, adding that the ratio of this currency to the ruble will be one to one.
However, he noted that the use of CryptoStream required by the technology of the blockchain.
