One of the early developers of bitcoin Jeff garzik’s March 15 reported that he received a summons from the district court of South Florida, associated with the ongoing litigation between the family of Kleimenov and self-styled Satoshi Nakamoto Craig Wright, writes Bitcoin.com.

Among other things, the garzik’s asked to reveal information about his Association with Wright and to answer the question, did he have direct contact with the Kleiman. The plaintiffs also wish to obtain documents relating to Kleiman, its joint venture with the Wright enterprises W&K Info Defense and communicating with Uyen Nguyen, details provided when registering the company.
In the document there are questions concerning, in particular, of bitcoin mining in the first years of its existence, Mt. Gox, Silk Road, Liberty Reserve and project Prometheus, and also refers to the cryptographer, Ian Grigg, writer Andrew O Hagan, billionaire Calvin Ayre and owner Bitcoin.com Roger Ver.
Wright refuses to admit his guilt and claims that his arrangement with the Kleiman wore oral.
“A written agreement about the partnership between Craig Wright and David Kleiman and/or W&K Defense Research Info does not exist”, – said the defense.
