Leading French football club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) announced the launch of its cryptocurrency and the Socios platform in partnership with the Maltese blockchain startup ChiliZ previously received $66 million investment from companies such as cryptocurrency exchange Binance.
Offer tokens for the fans (Fan a Token Offering, FTO) is designed for the fans of PSG from different countries of the world and is planned for the spring of 2019. This assumes that the tokens the football team will be available only for tokens ChiliZ (CHZ). Their main purpose is not making payments, and transparent and safe voting on strategic issues of varying degrees of importance and giving fans special offers, for example, visits to certain matches or gatherings with players of the club.
