The developers have stated that their product called Stealthy allows you to not only communicate using encrypted messages, but can become a platform for decentralized applications.

They also noted that for enhanced security, encrypted messages are sent to the cloud provider. The user can choose cloud hosting for storing messages. Then the receiver using the app Stealthy can decrypt the message.

“Blockstack creates an entry in the blockchain for each user. To connect to Stealthy, you must use personal Blockstack ID. Messenger works like iMessage. This means that Microsoft or Amazon are not able to open and read your messages without your private key”, — said the developers.

A free app is already available for IOS and Android devices. In the future, the creators of the service plan charge for the corporate version of the product.

It is noteworthy that the Stealthy logo (white paper plane on blue background) resembles the sign of the messenger Telegram.

Earlier it was reported that the messenger Kik launched the first app token Kin.
