Founded by bitcoin enthusiasts from Poland, the exchange CoinDeal managed by a Cyprus registered company Verified Trading Solutions and has offices in Switzerland and Poland. Also the exchange’s plans to obtain a license of the financial regulator of Switzerland (FINMA), which was established a separate company VTS Swiss GmbH.
