On 28 August in Grozny will take place the presentation of the project of development of the digital economy of the Chechen Republic (CHR), developed by the Russian Association of cryptocurrency and blockchain (RAKIB). The working title of the project “the Chechen Republic is a new stage of development”.
The project involves the clearance on the territory of Chechnya blockchain-cluster with a special regulatory regime for the testing of innovative technologies, products and services.
The aim of the project is the creation of conditions for physical binding global assets to the real sector of the economy of the Czech Republic, the formation of a new channel for attracting large investments in the Russian economy and creating the preconditions for the release of the economy from the strict dollar-based international financial calculations.
In the implementation of this initiative RAKIB may, on the one hand, to act as a partner that combines private and institutional investors, and with another – to provide professional expertise for their solutions according to the objectives of the project.
The event will be attended by first Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Chechen Republic Tumkhadjiyev ISA Abubakarovicha, heads of ministries and departments of the Republic, as well as representatives of Federal agencies.
Recall that earlier this year RAKIB established a “white list” of parties to kriptonyte in Russia.
