Cryptocurrency trading Bank billionaire Mike Novogratz Galaxy Digital LP will start later than planned due to the requirements of the canadian regulator on disclosure of audit information for 2018, according to Bloomberg.

According to the publication, this requirement will become mandatory for permit listing and trading on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada.

Galaxy Digital is already stated that the regulators ‘ requirements will not allow you to complete the transaction, required to run a cryptocurrency Bank, so its opening is postponed tentatively for the end of July.

However, canadian regulators have cleared the company of Novogratz Galaxy Digital LP from the provision of annual financial reports for the last two years.

Recall, Mike Novogratz announced plans to launch a merchant Bank focused on cryptocurrencies and blockchain of the company, in January of this year.

In early February, Mike Novogratz successfully raised $250 million investment to start the Bank with a planned $200 million.
