All those involved in the promotion of ICO in the US, may face arrest. This was reported by famous cryptanthus and founder of MGT Capital Investments John McAfee after receiving a warning from the Commission on securities and exchange Commission (SEC).

Due to SEC threats, I am no longer working with ICOs nor am I recommending them, and those doing ICOs can all look forward to arrest. It is unjust but it is reality. I am writing an article on an equivalent alternative to ICOs which the SEC cannot touch. Please have Patience.

According to McAfee, the SEC recently required him to cease all activities associated with the primary location of the coins, and not to advertise Twitter ICO projects. Note, one post McAfee in Twitter account costs the customer $105 thousand.

“Due to threats SEC I no longer work with the ICO, and do not recommend. Unfair, but that is the reality. I’m writing an article about equivalent alternative to ICO to which SEC to reach can not”, — he wrote.

A few days before that McAfee entered into a verbal argument with the Chairman of the SEC, Jay and Clayton called the recognition of ICO-tokens as securities “absurd.”

Recall that in late may, John McAfee has announced its intention to release its own “Fiat” currency, the value of which, according to him, there will be cryptocurrencies.
