One of the world’s largest investment companies Fidelity Investments is considering launching its own cryptocurrency exchange. This conclusion was made in the publication Business Insider, which hit the company’s internal documents on headhunting in the unit for the development of operating activities that will “design, create and implement a digital asset exchange for working in the public and private cloud.” In addition, the company is looking for specialists “on custody services using bitcoins and other digital currencies”.

At the same time, official confirmation of these plans to Fidelity Investments are not allowed.

Recall that in August 2017, users of American crypto currency exchange Coinbase had the opportunity to view your deposits in Bitcoin, Etherium and Litecoin along with other accounts in a portfolio of Fidelity. And in the autumn of the same year, the head of the holding Abigail Johnson talked about the fact that Fidelity Investments is engaged in the mining of cryptocurrencies.
