Blockchain startup Presto to challenge the decision of the financial services Commission of South Korea (FSC) on the prohibition of all forms of primary offerings of coins (ICO). Representatives of the firm believe that the ban is contrary to the constitutional norms, according to Sedaily.

“As a blockchain startup, we faced many difficulties due to the prohibition of ICO and inaction of the authorities in establishing the regulatory framework. We want the court considered the constitutionality of a lack of legislation”, — said CEO of Presto Kang Kyung-Won.

At Presto believe that the authorities violated the right of citizens to freedom of choice of profession, ownership of property and equality, but also introduced the basic restrictions without legal basis.

We will remind, the South Korean authorities are considering the introduction of taxes on earnings from cryptocurrency.
