Spanish Bank Santander has confirmed the launch of a new international payment service Santander Pay One FX, created on the basis xCurrent — decision submitted blockchain startup Ripple.

At the moment it is available to private Bank clients in Spain, UK, Brazil and Poland, and in the coming months he will be available to users from other countries. For the first time, depending on the region, offer customers several options of funds transfer. So, users in Spain can transfer USD and GBP in the UK, the British can send euros to 21 countries and dollars in the United States, and residents of Brazil and Poland — pounds in the UK.

According to the Bank, with Santander Pay One FX international transfers will be possible in most cases to on the day of dispatch or the following day. In addition, even before the completion of sending money, users will be able to see exactly what amount in the currency of the country of destination will reach the recipient. Before the summer the service will also appear the possibility of instant transfer of funds.
