Founded by immigrants from Russia, the British FINTECH-startup Revolut plans to release metal debit card will allow its holders to one percent cash back to the cryptocurrency. Reported by Business Insider.

“Over the next three months we’re going to release Platinum cards — metal cards that will allow you to get 1% cashback in bitcoin”, — said CEO Revolut Nicholas storonskiy.

Service new card will cost customers £6.99 per month — the same is the fee for using a premium card from a start-up Revolut.

“It gives you the same as premium card. The only difference is that you also receive cashback in bitcoin”, — explained storonskiy.

In addition to releasing new maps, the startup plans Revolut launch services asset management and integration with various services, including Slack, Xero and Quickbooks. In addition, the company soon will launch a new service that will allow parents to give the card to the children, setting limits: for example, the child will not be able to withdraw cash from an ATM or buy a drink. The parents will be able to know about all transactions on the card.

The London-based FINTECH-startup Revolut was founded in 2015 and currently the company’s customer base has reached 1.8 million users.
