Advisor to the Chairman of Vnesheconombank Vladimir Dyomin told “Izvestia” that in the near future will be launched first in the history of Russia blockchain project accounting and issue of drugs.
The pilot project will start in April and end in December 2018, after which, perhaps, will be decided on the introduction of a new model across the country. The venue of the experiment was the Novgorod oblast. Already created a single registry of electronic prescriptions associated with an internal system of regional hospitals and the accounting program 1C drugs. In the future the project will connect the pharmacy.
The patients undergoing outpatient and inpatient treatment, will be able to track the presence of drugs in the warehouse, shelf life and manufacturer. The system label to verify the authenticity of drugs. All data will be received in the regional Roszdravnadzor, Department of health and a number of other departments. The introduction of an experimental system from the budget of the Novgorod region has been allocated 5 million rubles.
The initiators of the project hope that the use of the blockchain will reduce the costs of data validation, and will give patients a guarantee of authenticity of medicines and the ability to know the right dosage.
