Chairman of the Azerbaijan Internet forum (AIF) Osman Gunduz has announced the opening of the Baku center for the study and development of cryptocurrency market and blockchain technology. According to him, already defined main directions of its activities, including “awareness-raising efforts, preparation of proposals on the issue of regulation of the market of cryptocurrencies and the blockchain, and the provision of consulting services in this area.”
At the initial stage it is planned to hold a separate series of free training sessions for local media. In the future, staff will prepare proposals for the companies and banks about the use of blockchain technology and the ICO, and to learn from the experience of other countries in this direction, to participate in the work of the organization will also invite foreign experts.
