Hacker X~zakaria hacked the website of the Ministry of energy and coal industry of Ukraine and requires to unlock it for 0.1 bitcoin (a little more than 24 thousand hryvnia). Message cracker appeared on the home page mev.gov.ua.

“All the important files of the site are encrypted. Many of your .php .css .js and other files are no longer available because they were encrypted. Maybe you are searching for a way to restore your files, but don’t waste your time! Nobody can decrypt your files without special decryption service”, — stated in the message of the hacker.

The transfer of the required sum hacker was allocated to officials for 10 hours. It is also noted that after this time all files will be removed.

In addition, X~zakaria posted on the page links to the article in English Wikipedia about bitcoin and guide on how to buy the cryptocurrency.

At the moment, the bitcoin wallet cracker empty.

We will remind that last large-scale hacker attack on departmental sites Ukraine was recorded at the end of October 2017. The creators of the virus-ransomware Bad Rabbit extorted 0.05 BTC for the decryption of files.
