The American Commission on securities and exchange Commission (SEC) will review the decisions taken in respect of nine bitkoenig of exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

We will remind, on Wednesday, the regulator issued a negative opinion on the nine proposals received from three companies — Proshares, and Direxion GraniteShares.

As it became known, applications will be reviewed again by the staff of a higher rank. This explanation can be read in Twitter account SEC Commissioner Hester pierce (Hester Peirce), has previously not agreed with the decision of the Commission upon the proposal of the Winklevoss brothers, which, incidentally, was also examined twice, but with the same result.

“The Commission (President and Commissioners) delegates certain tasks to their employees. When employees take any action in such cases, they do it on behalf of the Commission. The Commission may review the actions of employees that will take place,” wrote pierce.

A source of official information from the SEC was the letter of the Secretary of the SEC fields Brent (Brent Fields) obtained by NYSE Group (a subsidiary of NYSE Arca — partner Proshares) and Cboe Global Markets (decision postponed by the Commission until the end of September).

“The purpose of this letter is to notify you that, in accordance with rule 43 of the I of the Rules of practice of the Commission, 17CFR 20 I 1 .43, the Commission will review the decision. In accordance with Rule 431 (e), decision dated August 22, remains in force pending further notice,” reads a letter addressed to the senior Advisor to NYSE Group David De Gregorio (David De Gregorio).

Similar language is found in the other two letters. Note, the time frame of the revision requests are unclear.

“The Secretariat will notify you of any appropriate actions undertaken by the Commission”, — stated in the letters signed by the Secretary of the regulator.
