Chinese cryptocurrency exchange Huobi is interested in entering the cryptocurrency market, Brazil.
First the news published on Tuesday, Brazilian news resource Portal do Bitcoin, saying that the leadership Huobi led during the conference, informal talks and exchange of contacts with prominent representatives of local cryptocurrency sector.
Further, the journalist Portal do Bitcoin suggested that a branch of the exchange was settled in the coworking space in são Paulo and currently is hiring local employees for such positions as a senior officer compliance and Department Manager of the digital market.
In response to the request Coindesk, Huobi representative of the Group said that the stock exchange is really determined to enter the Brazilian market, however, was not to give comments about the possibility to open their branch.
The solution fits in the General direction of the business expansion Huobi abroad. After the Chinese government declared the cryptocurrency illegal trading, the exchange shifted to international destinations and moved its head office to Singapore.
Recall that for the past three months, Huobi has established offices in Canada and the USA, and also announced plans to open an additional office in the UK.
