The program Blockchain City of Seoul contains a plan of action to be taken for the promotion and development of projects related to Baccano, as well as the creation of educational programs in this area, and is designed for years 2018-2022.

By 2022 it is planned to create an investment Fund with the participation of private and public capital size of 100 billion won ($88,2 million) to support the blockchain startups in Seoul. The share of public capital in the Fund will amount to 13.6 billion won ($11.9 million).

City officials will also spend about $53 million for the construction of two business centers for companies related bloccano. Business centers would be opened by 2021 and needs to accommodate the offices of at least 200 companies. They also will be two educational center, whose purpose is to educate 730 experts in the field of blockchain technology in the next five years.

Pak, among other things, announced plans to implement the blockchain in the work of the city administration. All will be launched on 14 platforms, including a platform for voting, management, charitable contributions and the reporting documentation for transport.

According to the mayor of Seoul, the technology of distributed registry (DLT) — “the main technology of the fourth industrial revolution”, which will be the basis of IT the future. The implementation of the presented program will make Seoul a “city of industry blockchain”.
