Japanese ICT conglomerate Fujitsu has announced the launch of a working concept of auditing log on the basis of IOTA. The platform is designed exclusively for the sectors of the manufacturing industry. The decentralized announcement of the journal was published on the official Fujitsu site the day before yesterday.

The initiative aims to provide increased transparency, data security and integrity for all “spheres of production and value chains”. The head of the Munich center for Fujitsu Industry 4.0 Leopold Sternberg (Sternberg Leopold) believes that cooperation with Fujitsu will help IOTA to become the “reference Protocol”. He added that the conglomerate are well able to provide, given the technical and technological base of Fujitsu and the experience of the company both in manufacturing and in ICT.

In turn, Industry 4.0 requires a more effective trust mechanisms because of the growing volume of information necessary to process the center. The latter also has a negative impact on the quality and completeness of information; this problem Fujitsu also hopes to decide in the registry IOTA.

Traders and specialized media have also linked the announcement with the recent jump in prices token IOTA: after the announcement of the asset has gained 11% in value and traded at a rate of $0.60 cents (the exchange rate at the time of publication of the material).

Recall that Fujitsu already has several blockchain projects. The conglomerate already has a storage system of its own design; however, it is intended for bonus-funded it companies.
