A significant price correction of bitcoin, thanks to which since yesterday has been upgraded to $1300, has led to the emergence of several new bullish forecasts for the coming years.
One of the last optimistic scenarios, was made by investment tycoon Tim Draper (Tim Draper), which predicts a huge increase in BTC up to $250,000 by 2022.
On the 12th of April on the blockchain event, organised by his Draper University in San MATEO, the famous bitcoin bull and venture capitalist advised the audience members “believe” that high numbers will become a reality.
“I think that bitcoin price will reach $250 000 by 2022. […] Believe me, it will happen. Some will think you’re crazy, but believe me, it will happen and it will be awesome!”, said Draper.
Interestingly, in 2014, when the price of bitcoin was less than $320, the investor predicted that the value of BTC will reach $10,000 in 2017.
It is worth noting that the optimistic mood of the Draper separates and co-founder of Fundstrat Global Advisors Tom Lee (Tom Lee). Recall that a month ago, an analyst predicted the growth rate of bitcoin to $91 000 in March 2020. And this Thursday he stated to CNBC that “sure” that the price of BTC will reach $25 000 by the end of this year.
