Russian President Vladimir Putin set a specific time frame, which should be made by the legislative regulation of the cryptocurrency market in Russia. The corresponding decree published on the official Kremlin website.
Normative legal acts for regulation of the digital economy in Russia needs to be prepared and adopted during the spring session of the state Duma of the Russian Federation, but not later than 1 July 2019.
In particular, we are talking about Federal laws, “determine the procedure of execution of civil transactions in electronic form, and providing for the regulation of digital of financial assets and attraction of financial resources using digital technologies.”
Note that the spring session of the state Duma of the Russian Federation lasted from 8 January to 28 July 2019.

By this time, the package of documents on cryptocurrency regulation should be finalized by the forces representatives of the scientific and business community.
