Owned by brothers Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss (Tyler, Cameron Winklevoss) company, Winklevoss IP, filed in the Bureau on registration of patents and trademarks United States patent application, which describes systems and methods for storing “digital assets, based on mathematical calculations” on the secure portal.

The solution involves the generation of the computer in an isolated room with many new accounts, as well as their IDs and private keys. While private keys are split into many segments which are recorded on the card together with the relevant identifier and thus create sets of cards corresponding to different private keys.
