Ex-militants “DNR” Dmitry Hevchenko, known under the Callsign “Sailor” refused to buy cryptocurrency exchange WEX (formerly BTC-e). Now he declares the intention to purchase another popular in the Russian segment of the crypto currency exchange — EXMO. About it reports RBC.

According to Havenco, the reason of refusal to purchase WEX began unsuccessful negotiations with the current official owner of the trading platform — 31-year-old native of Minsk Dmitry Vasiliev. Another reason is the problem WEX, where the users have difficulties in withdrawal.

Also, “Sailor” complains that the date of signing of transaction documents with WEX were appointed three times, but at the last moment all broke. The last time the signing was scheduled for July 25, but instead Vasiliev arrived in Moscow, his lawyer, that did not suit Hevchenko.

A supporter of the so-called “DNR” also added that he offered to buy for $3-5 million, the Singapore company the World Exchange Services, which is the official operator of the exchange. However, he said, terms of the deal is constantly changing.

WEX is “Sailor” now intends to acquire cryptocurrency exchange EXMO. According to him, negotiations have already begun.

However, this does not confirm the co-founder of EXMO Ivan Petrovsky.

“At the moment, any suggestions concerning the purchase of the exchange has not received, any negotiations we do not conduct” — he said.
