The definition says that once during 2016-2018 thing about blocking bitcoininfo.ru for the publication of information prohibited for distribution in Russia, passed through several bodies and courts, the administrative representative of the plaintiff filed a motion to halt proceedings because of the Prosecutor’s refusal from the claim. In turn this step is illustrated by the fact that in 2016 the situation around cryptocurrencies has changed significantly, and the legislation is now aimed at legalizing the cryptocurrency.
Taking in to consideration the evidence provided, the court considered the legitimate claim for legal costs Tonkoshkura – except for the cost of unreasonable (excessive) character.
“For the first time in Russian practice, the Supervisory authority punish the ruble for the abuse of authority”, — commented this decision in the courts representing Tonkoshkura Sarkis Darbinyan.
Recall that after the Supreme court in April referred the case to block website Bitcoininfo.ru a new appellate review in the St. Petersburg city court last June made the decision to cancel the lock. The court found that the information is not “prohibited consideration”.
