The timing of the launch of the Russian blockchain platform Cinematix for attracting investment in the movie moved indefinitely. The co-founders of the project, actor keira Knightley and ex-Chairman of Board of Bank “Russian standard” Ilya Zibarev, broke off a partnership with the owner of the company ICOBox Nikolay Evdokimov due to disagreements about trade tokens. This is stated in the statement on the website of Cinematix.

According to the report, the Fund Nikolay Evdokimov Cryptonomics Capital relevant to ICOBox, began selling the rights to the tokens platform CINX without notifying the project team.

The statement said that the area Cinematix “never issued tokens, and has not entered into agreement for their distribution,” so fond of the ex-head of the project did not have the rights to sell them. However, as writes the edition “Kommersant”, 13 August on the website Cryptonomics it was stated that the coins Cinematix included in the Fund’s portfolio at a price of $0,5625.

“In accordance with the law, customers Cryptonomix Capital, which acquired the Fund has the right to “tokens” of the project Cinematix has the right to claim compensation or a refund”, — stated in the message.

According to Nikolay Evdokimov, during public conferences Ilya Zebari has repeatedly confirmed information about what Cryptonomics Capital owns the rights to the sale of CINX.

He added that the company ICOBox not sold coins and provided marketing and PR services to the project without any complaints from the team of Cinematix.

We note, initially, during the September ICO team Cinematix planned to raise $15-20 million in the aftermath of the conflict, according to the statement of Ilya zibareva, the launch of the project is likely to take place towards the end of the year.

He also noted that now “the ICO looks like a bad background”. It is not excluded that Cinematix will review the business model of the project in the direction of raising funds through venture capital investments.
