The Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation proposed to work out the principles of the cryptocurrency circulation in certain regions of the country, allowing entrepreneurs to use digital assets in financial transactions. This “Izvestia” said the head of the Duma Committee on financial market Anatoly Aksakov.
Preliminary discussion of the initiative took place at the site of the Russian Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs (RSPP). It is expected that participation in the experiment will be able to accept up to ten companies working with bloccano, artificial intelligence, quantum and Neurotechnology.
“Cryptocurrencies will allow you to circumvent external constraints in raising capital, primarily for the companies of international scale”, — said President of RSPP Sergey Mitenkov.
It is noted that the proposal already interested in the Kaliningrad region and Tatarstan Republic.
We will remind, earlier in January, the Ministry of economic development proposed to create in Russia the legal regime of experimental testing of new technological solutions.
