The Council for the securities of the state of Texas (TSSB) issued an emergency decree on the termination of the three cryptocurrency companies: Coins Miner Investment Ltd, Ltd DGBK, Ultimate Assets LLC.

The regulator accused the Russian firm from Volgograd Coins Miner Investment Ltd in the fake e-mail addresses of the cryptocurrency company Coinbase.

The resolution TSSB said that the representative of the Miner Coins Ana Julia Lara said that is Coinbase cryptocurrency trader. She was sent to potential investors alleged their photos with the President of Ripple. However, as stated in the document, in fact, the photos depict not Lara, and Vice-President of publications Cointelegraph.

The company also Coins Miner offered clients to invest in programs for the mining of cryptocurrencies and stated that their office is based in the UK.

According to the regulator, Coins Miner took investments that should be regulated under the Texas securities legislation. However, no Coins Miner nor Ana Julia Lara are not a registered selling operators for securities.

According to the decree, based in Belize company Ltd DGBK known as DigitalBank in the development of “tamper-proof” digital wallet to store your cryptocurrency. The company claimed that their development allows you to make anonymous transactions with the cryptocurrency and USD.

DGBK Ltd offered to potential investors of the company’s shares and the opportunity to buy their own token DGBK that in the future the ICO can bring an income 1900%.

The company is also represented Barack Obama as Ambassador of the project, which was not true.

As in the case of Coins Miner, Ltd DGBK proposed investments beyond the scope of the securities act of Texas.

In turn, the Ultimate Assets LLC offered the investors to invest in cryptocurrencies and promised a three-fold profit within three weeks. According to the statement TSSB, representatives of the Ultimate Assets LLC Daniel Dishmon and John Jason Woodard has also introduced its activities contrary to the provisions of securities legislation.
