State Duma Deputy from LDPR Vasily Vlasov is preparing a bill on the duty of officials to report income from transactions with cryptocurrencies. On it informs RIA FAN.
Vlasov said that cryptocurrencies allow you to hide income and to find a loophole “for dishonest people.”
“When any Governor will find another billion, it will say I earned cryptocurrency. Bought for a ruble, and it has grown a million times. These virtual money can be exchanged for rubles, while it’s easy to explain how you earned some significant money,” — said the Deputy.
According to him, he is preparing a major package of initiatives for several of the existing laws. Vlasov said that in the near future plans to bring them to the discussion of the Presidium of LDPR in the state Duma.
