In Kuntsevsky court of Moscow sent to court a claim against the singer Nikolai Baskov and TV presenter Olga Buzova. A resident of Anapa Dmitry Ruzhnikov requires them to pay about 1 million roubles for participation in advertising company “Cerberi”, writes TASS.
According to the plaintiff, he invested in the company “Cerberi” about 880 thousand rubles. A month later the company, recognized by the Central Bank of Russia financial pyramid collapsed and all savings invested are gone.
“I have cerebral palsy, the first group of disability, had to go for treatment in Israel, all the money collected is put back… it is so difficult now even to go to court in Moscow, because I have no more funds”, — said Dmitry Ruzhnikov.
The lawyer of the victim Timur Marani noted that in addition to invested his clients of funds they intend to collect from Buzova and Baskov 100-200 thousand rubles for moral damage.
“When they advertised this “Cerberi”, they said that themselves invest money in this company and get a good profit. Thus, they associated themselves with “Cerberi”… So they should be responsible for the involvement of citizens in this pyramid”, — said the lawyer.
In turn submit a claim against the owner of the Fund “Cerberi” Arthur Vardanyan Marchany and his client did not intend to.
“Arthur Vardanyan is a fake character, the actor, it is useless to prepare the claim”, — he explained.
Earlier, representatives of the Central Bank stated that the amount of damage from the activities of the pyramid “, Cerberi” may be about three billion rubles.
