Application Chinese mining company Bitmain for an initial public offering (IPO) on the Hong Kong stock exchange (HKEx) will lapse today, March 25. It is reported by Cointelegraph.
The company filed the application six months ago, which provided the financial reporting Committee of the HKEx. However, during this period hearings on the application did not take place. If, before the end of the day, Bitmain will issue a formal statement, the application will be considered invalid.
For re-registration of the appeal to the HKEx, the company will have to disclose
financial statements for the third quarter of 2018.
