Note that the new miner is $625, and the delivery of the first batch will be held from 11 to 20 August.
Recall that Bitmain was able to get investments in the amount of $1 billion from the Chinese technology company Tencent and Japanese telecommunications Corporation SoftBank in part of a funding round series C. the value of the company thus potentially increased to $15 billion.
It is noteworthy that the net profit of the giant of the industry in the first quarter of 2018 exceeds $1 billion. Some members of the community expressed the view that such performance was achieved due to the direct hashing on the produced devices.
Later, Bitmain has revealed a volume-controlled computing: 1692.05 Peaches/sec on SHA256 algorithm, 339,69 Gigaherz/h on ETHASH and 44,19 Gigaherz/s on SCRYPT.
