Kraken exchange on Monday announced the addition of cryptocurrency Tezos on their trading platform. The announcement was published in the blog and Twitter of the company.

Trade on Kraken XTZ XTZ in pairs USD/XTZ/EUR, XTZ/CAD XTZ/XBT XTZ/ETH starts on 16 October at 18:00 Moscow time. The calculations of applications will begin approximately 30 minutes after crediting to the accounts of traders first deposits in XTZ. The exchange notes that this is an approximate time, and the opening of markets may be delayed. To track status of trading pairs users are encouraged to use the service page of the exchange.
To transfer the deposits to customers ‘ accounts on the exchange must obtain 30 network confirmations (about 30 minutes). Margin trading XTZ will not be available initially, but can be activated in the future.
Kraken also notes that it plans to add to its platform a new crypto-assets, but can not pre-disclose information about them in connection with their own policies.
For a project Tezos Kraken will be the first major us stock exchange that going to be the cryptocurrency. Currently, in terms of trading volume is dominated by XTZ Gate.io and Bitfinex. XTZ course responded positively to this news and returned to the values on which it was during the morning rise of crypto-market.
