Qiwi Blockchain Technologies (QBT) will start for the employees own awards program using tokens called Token management. Blockchain-solution has no analogues on the Russian market. About this ForkLog said the Director of corporate relations at Qiwi and partner QBT Konstantin Koltsov.

According to him, the implementation of the program QTB will spend about 50% of net profit, which will be linked tokens. In 2018 the first coins will have a few dozen employees.

Tokens will be divided into two subgroups: the voting premium. First give a right for participation in the key decisions of the company, particularly in matters of recruitment and dismissal of employees. The second tokens allow you to participate in the profits QBT.

The holders of voting tokens (mostly employees-leaders) will be to determine who of the colleagues contributes to the development of the company and deserve the reward coins. The distribution of the tokens among employees will be held on the condition of anonymity.

“We are not just raw design, and the finished product. We want our employees participated in the development of the company directly and not in the development of KPI indicators in isolation from the strategic objectives of the company”, — said Konstantin Koltsov.

It is known that the tokens can be exchanged for corporate bonuses, but don’t convert to Fiat currency. However, in the future QBT does not exclude such a possibility.

According to Konstantin Koltsov, manual Qiwi Blockchain Technologies will implement a blockchain solution as a separate product in HR after decide to “small internal formalities”.

The company also plans to file a patent on its own development of Token management in the Federal service for intellectual property.

Project on employee motivation by using tokens will launch on the Russian blockchain platform “Mastercam” in the second half of 2018.
