77% of large US companies are not going to in the near future to implement a technology for a distributed registry in their operations. This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by the consulting company Gartner among 293 of Directors on information technology.

In the survey, 43% of respondents stated that they do not consider the possibility of using the blockchain, although watching the news in this sphere.

Plans for implementation of the blockchain in a voiced only 8% of IT Directors, 1% of respondents already use technology in their companies.

As stated by Gartner analyst David Furlonger, the results of the study confirm that “the hype around the blockchain and the possible use technology artificially inflated”.

“Companies slow to integrate the blockchain, can face a loss of investment or find that this technology is not suitable. In addition, the introduction of the blockchain in business processes requires extensive knowledge in many areas, including such as security, law, and decentralized control”, – he added.
