Samsung SDS, a subsidiary of the South Korean technology giant Samsung introduced created in partnership with the Korean Federation of banks (KFB) certification blockchain platform BankSign.

It provides Bank customers the ability to conduct operations in mobile systems of different banks, and the verification to pass in only one – with a password, fingerprint, or authentication schemes. Due to the encryption communication segments and double encryption of data and networks combined, the certificate will be valid for the period of one year to three years.

“In BankSign the technology of the blockchain for the first time and after a long wait found application in the field of banking services… the Company will continue to move in the direction of a digital transformation that will increase the competitiveness of banks and financial institutions”, – said in Samsung SDS.

Recall that BankSign planned to implement in July of this year. Besides this project, Samsung SDS in collaboration with the municipality of Seoul is also involved in the translation project of state administration of the capital of Korea on the blockchain. In April of this year on the basis of Samsung SDS, its parent company, Samsung Electronics, has launched a blockchain solution to monitoring supply chains.
