Russian Association of cryptocurrency and blockchain (RAKIB) will establish a Committee on trading. This was reported on the website of the Association.

The main tasks of the Committee will be preparation of the legislative and tax base, the definition of standards, competence assessment and certification of traders as well as the creation of a centre of training and qualification courses for traders.

Will head the new organization’s Vice-President RAKIB, entrepreneur and founder of hedge Fund “Crypsis Black Swan Fund” Andrey Grachev.

“Our first priority should be the formation of a uniform and clear industry standards, focusing on which market participants could distinguish from the mass of the most prepared professionals able to manage the funds of investors and to promote formation of a civilized market of cryptocurrency trading. Our goal is to increase the share of successful traders from 20% to 30%, it will protect investors ‘ money and to increase the industry’s earnings by 6-10 billion rubles annually,” – said Grachev.

By the end of 2018 on the basis of the Association will be created a center of expertise, turning in which a trader can improve his skills and level of professionalism.

Estimated RAKIB, to date, the total volume of the Russian cryptocurrency market is about 50 billion rubles, and the number of traders reaches 8400.

Recall that in April, the Association sent to the state Duma from comments to three draft laws on bitcoin: “About alternative ways of attracting investment (crowdfunding), On digital of financial assets”, “About modification of parts the first, second and fourth Civil code of the Russian Federation”.
