Tech Bureau Corp., the operator hacked in September cryptocurrency exchange Zaif, completed the transaction on transfer of business to an investment company Fisco. It is reported by Cointelegraph.
Under the terms of the contract, Fisco is obliged to pay damages to affected customers. It is expected that the company will start the payment process later this month. However, the time frame for the resumption of operations to withdrawal of funds on the stock exchange is not installed.
About the intention to transfer Fisco full stake Zaif became known in October. Meanwhile, the Tech Bureau is planning to cancel the license for implementation of activities and to leave kriptonyte.
