Hacked in January, the new Zealand crypto currency exchange Cryptopia resumed work in the mode of provision of access to view balances as of January 14. Users are encouraged to use the site to setup two-factor authentication and check your account status, because recorded in this data will be used for reimbursement of the lost funds.

The read only site will be live today, it will show the balances as at 14th Jan 2019. Please use this site to reset passwords and 2FA credentials. We are finalising a rebate process for the affected users, more details to follow. Thank you for your support during the last few weeks.

Note that a week ago the Cryptopia appreciated caused by burglary damage to 9.4% of the company’s assets. And the specialists of the analytical company Elementus said that the loss of the exchange was $16 million in Ethereum and other tokens ERC-20.
