The Finnish multinational company Nokia, the blockchain platform Streamr and California software firm OSIsoft will develop blockchain-the product that allows smartphone users to monetize information and purchase data streams generated by the devices of the Internet of things (IoT). It is reported by CoinDesk.

The possibilities of the new platform was demonstrated today, may 16, in the ongoing new York conference Consensus 2018. According to the developers, thanks to the integration with marketplace data from Streamr, users of Nokia devices in particular, will be able in real time to acquire data streams devices the Internet of things.

The new solution will involve smart contracts and Ethereum token standard ERC20 called DATAcoin. Company OSIsoft, in turn, will provide corporate customers the ability to receive the income from the sales data associated with their operating activities.
