Moscow exchange is working to create infrastructure that will allow companies to conduct the primary placement of coins (ICO). This was announced by CEO Alexander Afanasiev.

“We are now developing projects to create basic infrastructure in order to be able to withdraw the company to ICO, in order to be able to display tokens to the description of this token which is now missing on all those sites that offer such services,” – said Afanasiev.

However, he explained that it is not about listing the tokens, and providing investors with Advisory services. In particular, clarification of the obligations assumed by the Issuer of the tokens, what are tokens, and other items related to participation in ICO.

“While we are looking from the perspective of Fiat money, cryptocurrencies because we do not have the status of legally protected asset, if it appears, they also appear in the system,” – said the head of Masuri.

On the question of the timing of the project Afanasiev said that the launch is scheduled for the current year.

In the future, Mobilia also willing to consider launching futures contracts on ICO assets, if this is of interest to investors. Currently, the company conducts marketing research to understand what should be such a contract, and on what assets.

Recall that in August 2017, the Moscow exchange is working on creating the infrastructure for trading cryptocurrencies. The company also wanted to launch futures on bitcoin, but the Bank of Russia did not allow her to do it.
