Investors fraudulent ICO project Centra Tech filed a lawsuit against music producer DJ Khaled and of the champion boxer Floyd Mayweather for participating in its promotion.

The plaintiffs argue that they lost their money, while DJ Khaled and Mayweather who acted as referees of the project, supported him on social media and expressed full confidence in its prospects.

The lawsuit States that due to the support of celebrities Centra Tech managed to raise about $32 million during the ICO, which was held last year. The plaintiffs demand compensation of damages from the founders of the project, as well as its promoters and referees.

Recall that in April, the Commission on securities and exchange Commission (SEC) has suspended the ICO project Centra and arrested its organizers, accusing them of fraud. Later in the same month, the third co-founder of project Centra Raymond Trapani (Trapani Raymond) was arrested on suspicion of securities fraud in excess of $25 million under the form of an ICO.

In June, the Federal district court for the southern district of Florida came to the conclusion that tokens cryptocurrency project Centra Tech (CTR) are unregistered securities.
