The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoev, signed a resolution which pointed out the tasks for development of the stock market in the country. This writes the Newspaper.uz.

The document provides for the introduction of the blockchain in the state administration, but also addresses the problem of legal regulation of mining, crypto-currencies and smart contracts.

According to the decree, the competent authority for the introduction of digital technology will become the National Agency project management office (NAPA). The Agency will determine which areas you need to implement blockchain.

During 2018-2020 NAPA and the Ministry for development of information technologies and communications required to develop and implement a program to promote the blockchain in the country.

And by 2021, they must submit a blockchain solutions for government agencies, in particular, the use of technology in clearing operations with international companies in trade Finance and project lending.

The act says that any and all cryptocurrency transactions will not be taxed. But the Ordinance provides that from 1 October, the activity of cripture in the country subject to licensing.
