The Ukrainian System of electronic auctions of seized property (SETAM) reported for the year of operation after the transition to the blockchain. According to published data, during this time, through an electronic auction has passed 11310 OpenMarket transactions for a total amount of 2 billion 91 million 861 thousand of 83.5 UAH.
Project representatives also noted the increased level of confidence in this electronic platform, which, according to them, is reflected in the increase in the average rate between the starting price and the price of the stake from 12% to 18%.
The most expensive sold on the OpenMarket lot was a brick factory in Kiev region. The building area over 15 thousand square meters of land in 3,0087 ha and movable property was recently purchased for 170 million UAH. And since the end of September of this year through the platform you can also purchase the right to lease the state’s land.
Recall that the blockchain technology is also mentioned in the Concept of e-government development in Ukraine until 2020.
